How do I reset my MNC password?

There are two ways to reset your my.MNC password:

  1. using the forgot password? button; or
  2. Through your my.MNC account after you’ve logged in.

Using the Forgot Password? button

  1. Head to the login here here
  2. Under the login form, press the Forgot Password? button
  3. On this new page, enter your email address you use to log into your my.MNC account
  4. Press Submit and we will send you a link to reset your password
  5. Check your email for this email account – click the link you receive, and you can then enter your new password
  6. Don’t forget to hit Save
