To upgrade your hosting plan, please submit a support ticket to the Accounts and Billing department to have the request actioned.

(Alternatively), You can initiate a plan upgrade through your MNC account by following these steps:

  1. Click on Services > My Services on the menu at the top of your account
  2. From the list of services available, click on one to open that service
  3. On the left-hand side, under Actions, choose the Upgrade/Downgrade to see the list of available options
  4. Choose the appropriate product and press the Choose Product button
  5. Hit the Click to continue after reviewing the upgrade, and price changes
  6. Your service will them be upgraded and an upgrade invoice will be generated (if applicable)
