for the most part, refunds are not applicable with the services that we offer. Domain name registrations and renewals are typically unable to be reversed, so once an action has been conducted, it is unable to be reversed.
Requests for refunds for hosting services may be assessed on their merit, and in line with our terms of service, through a submission of a New Request to our Billing/Accounts team.
