How do I reset my MNC password?

  1. using the “Forgot password?” button
  2. Through your MNC Account

Using the “Forgot Password?” button

  1. head to the login page here
  2. under the login form, press the “forgot password?” button
  3. On this new page, enter your email address you use to log into your MNC account.
  4. Go to the email inbox for this email account, click the link and set your new password.

Through your MNC account

  1. head to the login page here and login
  2. At the top right, click the “hello, Yourname” to display this menu
  3. Select Change Password from the menu
  4. on the Change Password page, complete the details
  5. You can use the Generate Password button to generate a password that meets the complexity requirements
  6. once you’ve completed the above fields, press Save Changes to make the changes permanent
  7. Once saved, you will be redirected to the login page, to log in with your new credentials
